An end-to-end Customer Retention Platform (CRP)
We are seeking an intern to aid in sourcing and recruiting top talent, program management, and the development of new department initiatives and strategies. COMPANY DESCRIPTION TADA provides an end-to-end Customer Retention Platform. Our service offerings include loyalty, rewards, and referral engine. We offer clients our expertise to successfully create, manage and promote their marketing programs in one single platform. Additionally, we’ve built a B2B network that businesses can collaborate synergistically. Since 2012, TADA has powered hundreds of retention programs to global brands across fast-growing industries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Research industry best practices and strategies; assist in developing creative sourcing techniques to identify prospective candidates. 2) Identify and develop diversity recruiting initiatives. 3) Brainstorm campus branding efforts. 4) Work with recruiters to screen qualified candidates on the phone and in person. 5) Schedule candidate interviews. 6) Other projects and assignments as needed.
